How often should you change your pyjamas?

Changing your pyjamas is an essential part of maintaining proper hygiene and freshness. Pyjamas can easily get dirty, stained and start to smell bad over time. The frequency of changing them will depend on several factors, including how often you wear them, the type of material they are made from and environmental conditions.

Most people should change their pyjamas at least once every week. However, if you are someone who tends to sweat more or if your environment is particularly hot or humid, then it is advised that you change your pyjamas even more frequently than this – for instance on a weekly basis instead. Conversely in colder climates where there’s not as much sweating involved, a two-weekly interval between changes may suffice during winter months too.
